Question:
I am looking into buying a receiver hitch for my sons 2013 STI hatch for his birthday. I was looking at the model recommend. I was wondering if he has to do any cutting on his plastic under his bumper?

The Curt Trailer Hitch part # C11317 is a confirmed fit for your son's 2013 Subaru Impreza WRX STI and would not require any modification of the lower fascia. As long as the exhaust on his vehicle is the stock dual exhaust this would fit and work well.
