I am looking for a replacement lock for a 20-sv. It has the single rear lock but does not look like the hook. It looks like a double spade that springs open from the center to hold on both sides. If this isnt available, what parts do I need to replace? This unit was manufactured in 2001.

Since you mention you do not have the hook type lock like # SR03807 then this is likely to be the part you need.
According to my contact at Thule, who made the SV cargo boxes for Sears, the complete replacement lock assembly like yours is not available as a replacement part.
You may be best served by installing an exterior lock mechanism such as a hasp like # ML702D along with a padlock like # ML40D. You'll need to drill holes and install the supplied hasp hardware to mount it.
