Wiring a 7-Way Trailer Connector if Existing Wire Colors Dont Match

The colours are different on my trailor. There is no green or purple. There is red and other shade of blue

The wire colors/functions listed on the page for vehicle side 7-Pole connector # PK12703 are just the most common ones. There is no standard for wiring color and function on vehicles or trailers. To wire up a new connector you will need to do so by function.
This means you will need to know what each of the wires does. On the trailer side you can either follow each wire back to see where it terminates and wire it to the 7-Way accordingly or you can run power through each wire using a 12-volt battery and see what powers on.
On the vehicle side you can test the wires using a circuit tester such as # PTW2993 while someone sits in the vehicle and runs through the various lighting and other functions.
I have included a picture showing the functions and pin positions on a 7-Way for you.
