The Dexstar # AM20259 13 x 4-1/2 Directional Trailer Wheel you referenced is made in the USA, but the # AM10210 ST175/80R-13 Karrier Radial Trailer Tire is manufactured in Taiwan or Mainland China. Though it's manufactured overseas, the tire meets all Department of Transportation safety standards. These days, you'd be pretty hard pressed to find a trailer tire that isn't manufactured overseas.
