I have a 2012 Crossroads Cruiser Patriot fifth wheel and need to replace the slide out kit. Will part #LC1346281 work on my RV ?

Does the slide-out system of your 2012 Crossroads Cruiser Patriot fifth wheel use a 1/4 inch steel rod or swing arm? If so, that's what the part # LC1346281 is designed to fit.
