Waste Master RV Sewer Hose # LC359724 fits into an RV side using a camlock style fitting. The RV end fits over a bayonet style fitting. It sounds like that is what you have so you would not need to do any modifications since the RV end fits over bayonet style fittings.
I have also heard from Waste Master who said that in some situations customers need to cut the bayonet tabs off of the RV sewer outlet in order for the female camlock fitting to install on the RV. It is a slip fitting so cutting the tabs off brings you back to having a section of 3 inch pipe to install the fitting on to.
She continued by saying many customers are hesitant to do this, so its great to mention that there is a Back To Bayonet Fitting available (on our site # T1029-4) that they can keep on hand if they get in a situation where they need bayonet for some reason. Most customers never use it, but its good peace of mind.
