Question:

Regarding 2016 Subaru Crosstrek Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver Class III - 2 inch, Code: C11286. In your product photo, it appears that a long ball mount or bike rack stringer could cause damage to the exhaust system. Q: On the stringer on this Curt hitch, what is the measurement from the center of the pinhole to the front of car facing end of the stringer? Thanks!

On the Curt Class I Trailer Hitch # C11286, the distance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the forward end of the receiver tube is 5 inches.

I spoke with my contact at Curt and confirmed this measurement.
