Question:
So I have 3 bikes to carry: 26inch tire Cruiser bike with fenders with step through frame 26inch mountain bike 20inch childrens bike I have a 2015 Subaru Impreza hatchback. Given the combination of options, the least expensive, and most comprehensive solution appears to be to purchase the KU24FR Kuat Transfer 3 bike and pair that with the only class 2 hitch available, for this car. The only concern is whether the kuat transfer will be ok with the fender on my wifes cruiser style bike. Will it be secure enough? I dont have roof rails installed in the car, and the only other combo I see is a class 1 hitch install for a 2 bike rack, that is compatible with fenders, and then a rack install for the extra bike, but would be more expensive, and convoluted. Thank you

The EcoHitch Invisi Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7211 is the only hitch available for your 2015 Subaru Impreza hatchback that is above a Class I has has a 2" receiver, so it is the only option for carrying more than two bikes on your car; a Class I hitch is limited to carrying a maximum of two bikes.
In regards to the Kuat Transfer # TS02G, it will NOT be compatible with a bike that has fenders because it is a wheel-mounted rack and will interfere with the fenders.
Considering all the different bikes you have, your best option is the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE 4-Bike Platform Rack # HR1400Z. This rack has adjustable wheel holders that will work with 20" wheelbases like the children's bike, has a 50 lb per bike capacity and is a frame-mount so you are going to need Bike Frame Adapter Bar for Women's and Alternative Frame Bikes # HRBA-PRO to give your cruiser with a step-through frame a vertical mounting point for the Sport Rider's ratcheting hook to attach to.
I've added a link to a video review of this rack for you to check out as well.
