Brake Controller and Install Harness Recommendation for a 2016 Ford E-450 RV Class C

Question:
Need to install a prodigy brake controller in an RV. It is a Class C on a 2016 Ford E-450 Super Duty Chassis with 7 pin trailer connection. I have located the brake controller harness behind the dash and it looks like the wiring harness 3034-P should work but it is not listed as compatible on your website. Do you have additional information about whether this will fit? I can send a picture of the connector if that will help

The install harness part # 3034-P that you referenced has been confirmed as a fit for installing a brake controller in your 2016 Ford E-450 RV. I attached a picture that shows which panel you will find the harness behind (even though it sounds like you found it already.
For a brake controller I would recommend the Prodigy P2 Brake Controller part # 90885. This is our best selling brake controller because of how well it works and how easy it is to setup. This is a proportional brake controller that senses the amount of braking the tow vehicle is applying and applies a proportionate amount to the trailer brakes.
