The item you selected, Curt Class III Round Tube Trailer Hitch Receiver, part # 13445, does not include a bracket for relocation of the 7-pin trailer connector. We sell all the parts you would need to replace the 7-pin trailer connector and mount it on the trailer hitch though.
Start with the 6 and 7-Way Trailer Connector Mounting Box for Round Tube Hitches, part # 18159, then use a Pollak 7-Pole, RV-Style Trailer Connector Socket, # PK11898. Once you have the parts you will need to cut the old OEM 7-Way connector wires and hard wire the harness from the # PK11898 kit after running the end of the harness through the # 18159 mounting box.
Unfortunately, there is not a replacement plug and play 7-Way harness available for the 2007 Toyota 4Runner, and hard wiring is the only option we have. When hard wiring be sure to use a circuit tester, like part # PTW2993, to verify the correct wires to connect to the replacement 7-Way wires. I attached a video that should be helpful when wiring the replacement harness.
If you need to tow a trailer with a 4-Way connector you would also need an adapter, # PK12706, to complete your wiring setup.
