Question:
I have an 08 common brand PWC Trailer. Dont remember the Brand at this time. I am looking to replace the Wheel Bearings/Seals. It has the small 4.80x8 Tires if that helps. Do I need to supply more info on the Trailer so that you can recommend the proper Wheel Bearings/Seals? Thank you

Since so many different size trailers are out there and many different components used in them there is a tried and true method to find the right parts for your trailer. You will need to remove a wheel and hub form one side of the trailer first.
The best way to find out what you need is to find the numbers on your bearings, races, and seal. I have attached a drawing that shows where these numbers can normally be found.
If you cannot find the numbers on those parts you will need a digital caliper like part # PTW80157 and take some measurements on your trailer spindle. Measure where the bearings ride on the spindle and then measure the inside dimension of your hub bore. If you let me know what your measurements are I can make some recommendations that will work for you.
