I need to know the measurements of the e-track slot that you plug the fittings into. I need to make that I do get the correct type of fitting for the mounts in my van. thank you.

Good news, I can help you with this measurement for the e-track.
I have attached an image to this page for you to better see the measurements that I got.
The length of the inside of the bracket is 2.45 inches and the width is .58 inches , these measurements were taking with a caliper like # PTW80157.
