Can I use this anti rattle hitch lock with my Blue Ox BXW1000 weight distribution hitch to tow a 9000 lbs. trailer?

Weight distribution shanks have solid shanks so you would not be able to use the anti-rattle device part # 63232.
If your Weight Distribution System has been properly set up, there should be no movement of the weight distribution shank in the receiver, as the spring bars should be placing a substantial amount of tension on the shank against the walls of the receiver, thus keeping it firmly in place.
