On Roadmaster tow dolly # RM-2050-1 the ball height is 18 inches. I have included a picture showing this for you. If you need a ball mount with the right rise or drop I recommend using an adjustable ball mount. I have included a link to the adjustable ball mounts we carry. Ball mount # TK5007 for example is rated for 5,000 pounds and offers up to 9 inches of rise of 10 inches of drop. For a 2 inch ball that will fit the ball mount I recommend # 63845 which is a basic chrome ball.
