Question:
Hello, I recently received a #13465 Curt trailer hitch from your company. I am pleased with product and found it easy to install. My problem is that I fitted it to a 2005 Chrysler 300 and I am having problems finding the correct Ball Mount. The receiver sits so far back under the rear dumper that a regular Ball Mount will not work. The Ball almost hits the rear bumper, making it impossible to attach a trailer. Would you be able to tell me which Ball Mount will work? Thanks,

When we installed the Curt Hitch part # 13465 on a 2005 Chrysler 300 like yours we found that the distance from the hitch pin hole to the outside of the bumper measures 6-3/4 inches.
The Curt ball mount part # D-26 should work well for you as it has a distance of 8-1/2 inches from the hitch pin hole to the nearest portion of the ball mount platform so it would work well for you.
For a 2 inch ball you would then want the part # 63845 and for a 1-7/8 inch ball # 19260.
