Question:
What is the requirement of a trailer ball mount hole size to properly fit a Ball that is 1 7/8inch X 5/8inch x 1-3/4? Will a 1inch hole be too big on the trailer mount or will a 5/8inch shank size for the ball fit it properly e.g. will it be too loose for proper security of the Ball when towing? Where can I purchase the trailer ball mount for my Bad Boy Buggie UTV?

First, you will want the shank of the ball to be the same as the hole in the ball mount. If you need a 5/8 inch shank on a ball then we have some options. For a 2 inch ball we have # CB-20Z. For a 1-7/8 inch diameter ball we have # C40095.
As far as ball mount specific to your Bad Boy Buggie UTV you will want to check with the manufacturer to determine if you have to use a specific ball mount or if you can use any ball mount that fits.
