Are there color options on the gorilla-lift besides yellow ?

While the Gorilla-Lift Utility Trailer Tailgate Lift # GL1 that you referenced is only available in yellow, it is possible to the paint the outer housing of the tailgate lift. I spoke with my contact at Gorilla-Lift and she confirmed that the housing can be painted.

This can be done before installation, while the tailgate lift is still disassembled. Painting before installation will help protect the lift's inner components from the paint.

That's a very good question, we tend to be extra cautious and say to use 10 gauge wire because that would be more than enough. When you get into longer trailers that will end up using a lot of wire the heavier gauge wire becomes more necessary.…
