I currently have square Inno cross bars attached to rhino rack legs on a 2013 Elantra GT to haul my SUP. I am buying a 2016 Elantra GT with panoramic sunroof and wonder if there is a different leg set I can purchase to still be able to use my Inno rack?

It looks like you have a Rhino Rack system with a Inno SUP accessory from your picture.
If your original roof rack system is Inno you should have the same length square bar and then you would only need to replace the Rhino Rack foot and the clamp kit with the Inno ones.
The complete Inno roof rack setup for your 2016 Hyundai Elantra with Panoramic Glass Roof you will need the following parts:
foot # INSUT
custom clamp kit # INK629
and 50 inch long square crossbars # INB127
If your original roof rack system was Rhino Rack unfortunately, Rhino Rack doesn't currently have a clamp kit designed for the 2016 Hyundai Elantra GT that is compatible with the Panoramic Glass Roof. They show the fixed mounted point system for the NON Panoramic models and state that this system is not suitable for use with Panoramic Glass Roof.
