For your 2003 Chevy TrailBlazer, we offer the Roadmaster XL Base Plates, part # 3109-1. These base plates feature a removable draw bar, which makes the base plates virtually invisible when you are not towing the vehicle. This base plate kit is compatible with your Stowmaster tow bar.

To complete your flat-towing set-up, you might need the following parts:

Safety cables, part # RM-643
Bulb and socket taillight wiring system, part # RM-155
Supplemental braking system, part # SM99251

I'd recommend checking with your owner's manual or with Chevy to determine if your Trailblazer is capable of being flat towed without major modification.
