Replacement 4-Step 5th Wheel Trailer Steps to Replace Steep 3-Step Type

Question:

I have a 2015 Cedar Creek Silverback 31RK 5thwheel. It has Flexco 3 step steps, 24inch wide and total width of frame is 27. They have a 9 1/2inch on each step. I would like to install a quad step if it would shorten the on the steps but not the total from top to ground. Do you have such an item? Thank you.

You're correct that you need 5th wheel replacement steps to extend down from the mounting point the same distance as the original steps do. This will avoid loss of ground clearance which is an important safety consideration.
