How Big is the Opening On the Back of the 9-Pin Connector PK12906 for Wire to Pass Through

Question:

Couple questions, First is related to product Pollak 9-Pole, Round Pin Trailer Connector - Trailer End PK12906. How big is the hole to pass the wire through? Some of the 9-conductor cord Ive been looking at is pretty large, 0.88-0.90 inch diameter. 2nd is about the 9-pin vehicle end counterpart PK12907. What material is that connector made out of? PVC? ABS? and does this fit a mounting bracket like a 7-pin?

I went out into our warehouse to measure the diameter of the opening on the back of the Pollak 9-Pole # PK12906 that you referenced and found it to be 3/4 of an inch.

The socket part # PK12907 is made of ABS plastic.
