Question:

Has this carrier been tested on a 2015 Kia Sedona SXL? I currently have a Rola dart carrier but would like to have an enclosed lockable carrier that swings out of the way for full access to the rear of the minivan.

The Yakima EXO Swing Away Enclosed Cargo Carrier - 2" Hitches - 10 cu ft - 100 lbs # Y62VR with your 2015 Kia Sedona. It will require that you have a Class III trailer hitch such as # C13115.

However, with a hitch installed the distance from the center of the hitch pin hole back to clear the rear bumper is approximately 5-1/4 inches with this and other hitches that fit the Sedona. The Rola carrier measures 4-1/4 inches out so it will not clear the rear of your Sedona. So this carrier will not work.

Instead, you could take a look at the GearDeck 17 Enclosed Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Slide Out - 17 cu ft - Black # H00604. This carrier measures a generous 14 inches from the center of the hitch pin hole. It is not a swing away carrier that you asked for, but it does slide away. When the carrier is in the full slide position the closest edge of the carrier is 50 inches away from your Sedona. You could take a tape measure and check if you would be able to open your rear hatch. This would give you more access than your current Rola dart.
