According to Firestone, the fit of their Coil-Rite air spring kit, part # F4175 has not yet been determined for the 2016 Rogue. If you could measure the inside diameter and height of your rear coil springs and reply to me with those dimensions, Firestone can determine if the # F4175 will fit.
To install a roof mounted cargo box, you'd first need a roof rack. Rhino-Rack offers an aerodynamic yet reasonably priced option that would consist of the following parts:
49 inch Vortex Aero crossbar in black as part # RRVA126B-2
Roof rack legs, part # RRRLKVA
Vehicle specific clamp kit, part # DK396
According to Thule, their Motion XT 18 Cubic ft roof cargo box # TH629807 for silver or # TH629806 for black would be a fit for your Rogue.
