What size chain hook fits these? Will a 3/8 clevis hook fit?

I spoke to my contact at Curt an he said a 1/2 inch diameter clevis hook would be perfect for use with the Curt Safety Chain Loops # C60691, so a 3/8" diameter clevis hook will fit just fine.

If you don't already have them, I recommend the Curt Clevis Hook with Spring Loaded Safety Latch # C81980. It's 1/2"diameter, features an 1-1/4" opening and has a capacity of 48,000 lbs.
