Does the Putco Driving Light Install to the Parking Lights or Headlights

Question:
I am trying to install these in my 70 gmc pick up. Why do I need to wire it into my parking lights? I was not ging to run this drictly from the battery but jump it at the fuse block. Can you help? Thank you

To install the Putco Driving Light # P231920 you would not necessarily have to run them to the running lights of your truck.
I spoke with one of our installers and they told me that technically you will want to wire this to the low side of the headlight wiring on your 2005 Ford F-150. You need to run the wiring to a switched circuit so that there is not power running to the relay all of the time.
