I need a 7 pin to 7 pin both round male and female basically an extension cord for a semi truck to hook the trailer up any ideas?

You are going to have to make the adapter you need. But you will only need three parts.
You will need the part # PK11702 as a male 7-way round connector, part # DW04914-1 for jacketed 7-way wiring sold by the foot (you will need to order the quantity in the amount of feet/extension length you need), and then finally a 7-way female connector # PK11720.
These three pieces will easily wire to each other to make the extension piece you need.
