Question:
What is the maximum weight limit on this grill . I use a grill alot when Im camping and I use cast iron pot and pans when Im cooking and I would like to know the maximum limit on this before buying one if I could even use my pots and pans on this grill .

I spoke with my contact at Stromberg Carlson and he said the Stake and Grill set, # GR-1522, is heavy duty enough to hold a pot of coffee or about 5 pounds of weight. But it is not designed to carry the weight of heavy cast iron skillets.
The Camco Tripod Grill # CAM51078 would be a better option but there isn't a lot of surface area on the grill (17 inch diameter) so large enough for one pan or pot but probably not strong enough for a dutch oven type of pot. It does not have an official capacity.
