Question:
trailer hitch instalation and wiring harness

For the 2008 Mitsubishi Endeavor, I would recommend the Curt Class 3 receiver hitch, part # 13113. To provide lighting for your trailer, we recommend the 4 Pole Harness and Hardwire Kit, part # C59496.
The wiring kit includes a tester for locating the correct circuits and quick splices for tapping into the appropriate lighting circuits.
You will need to access the rear of the tail light assemblies as if you were replacing a light bulb. Then, use the tester included in the kit to locate the left turn, right turn, brake light and running light circuits. A wire will also need to be ran under the vehicle up to the battery to connect to the positive battery terminal.
I will also include a link to the install instructions and an installation video for the hitch that I recommended.
