Question:
I wish some engineering information on your square tube jack Code: BD190758. My question is how is the top put together. The manner I choose to use this jack is the opposite lift this jack is intended. What I want to do is lift maybe 500 lbs. with 2 jacks. But the lift would be on your down direction and your up direction would have gravity help. It would operate just the opposite. Is the top of this jack able to handle this different lift direction. thanks

I have a solution for you, but we have had a similar question come in the past and our jack manufacturers cannot recommend you use the leg of a jack as a lift.
Your best option is going to be a worm gear winch like the part # DL10954 that can be set up to be used as a ceiling hoist.
