CTEK Battery Charger Recommendation for Motorcycle Battery
Published 11/11/2015 >
Question:
Dear etrailer - I am going to get a motorcycle in a few weeks. It is a 2010 Honda Fury. I have read a lot of great stuff about the c-tek battery charger. I would like something mounted for permanent use that will allow me to not only charge the motorcycle battery but to keep it trickle charged automatically. Please advise if you have something that will fit the bill. Thanks.

CTEK is a great company and they make high-quality battery chargers that I highly recommend. A CTEK charger will serve the exact purpose you are looking to fill. It sounds like the MULTI US 7002 # CTEK56353 will fit the bill.
This charger comes with eyelet-terminal cable that can be permanently attached to the battery terminals on your motorcycle battery. The MULTI US 7002 has a pulse-maintenance stage that will help maintain the battery's change while it is plugged in. To best fit the battery, this charger features 12V current modes, with one of those modes being for smaller 12V batteries like the ones found in motorcycles. The CTEK chargers are designed to not over or undercharge the battery like a typical trickle charger. I have attached a review video of this charger for you.
I have attached a help article on selecting the right CTEK battery charger for you.
