The Lippert Components 29-1/2" Lead 5th Wheel RV Landing Gear Drop Leg # LC179013 that you referenced would bolt to a trailer if it currently has Lippert landing gear on it. This would attach to the trailer's current frame brackets.
If your trailer has a different brand of jacks installed currently you would need to have the frame brackets moved if they are not 17-1/2 inches apart measured form the insides.
