Can the T94VR be used wth a 2012 dodge 3500 sub with a 4.5 lift. Thanks joe

Yes, but you will also need four of the 1 inch spacers part # A25723-90AH00 and one of the 1/2 inch spacer part # TA25722-90P00 per side of your truck to install the Timbren kit part # T94VR.
