Individually the Erickson E-Track Tie Down Ring # 59147 that you referenced has a safe working load limit of 2,000 lbs. With at least two of these you would have more than enough capacity for your Jeep Wrangler that weighs around 3,500 lbs.
These are designed to attach to E-track like the part # E19148.
