Question:

Im interested in the tracrac system for my 2015 Ford F-150 SuperCrew Cab w/5.5 ft. bed. Id like to use a solid folding tonneau and carry two fishing kayaks on the rack ... about 270lbs. Whats my best bet?

The only way to be able to install a ladder rack and a tonneau cover on your 2015 Ford F-150 is to go with a ladder rack that attaches to the top of the bed rails through the stake pockets like the TracRac part # TH43002XT-508 and then a tonneau that installs between the bed rails of the truck.

For a hard tonneau the Bak Revolver X2 part # BAK39329 would be a great option as it installs between the bed rails and is a hard tonneau like you said you were interested in.

The part # TH27000XT that you referenced clamps around the bed rails so it would not fit with a tonneau.
