I have a Curt hitch on my 2007 Jeep Liberty. Some of the bolts fell out. What size are they so I can buy new ones?

The install bolts for the Curt Hitch part # 13044 that you would have installed on your 2007 Jeep Liberty are M12-1.75 x 35mm. Be sure to tighten the new bolts to the recommended torque figure that is in the install instructions link I attached.
