Question:
Seems to be an issue with older and up to 2005-7 even 5th wheel RVs the top of gate height of the Dodge is 59 inches under the nose of the 5th wheel often is only 56-58 inches sitting level. Some RVs in the 2005-7 range have the axels below the springs but still not quite high enough. Is this a common issue? RE the Dodge Ram, there are steel blocks between the rear axel and leaf spring is It possible to remove these? they are at least 2 inches thick. Maybe I am missing something, are the newer RVsa lot higher than these years? ALSO: We haul a 4 horse trailer, the old one had same issue, the currant one has 6 in. clear easily. The hitch is a in bed ball flp over. We would need to get an adapter male Pin type on the RV to 2 5/16 ball to fit the ball on the truck. I have seen a bolt on leg for this, do you sell same?

Dodge trucks sit pretty high. Most modern trucks keep getting higher and higher but Ram trucks seem to lead the pack in height so I can see why you are having the height issue that you described.
It sounds like your truck has a lift kit installed on it as well. However based on your description it is somewhat hard to say that with absolute certainty. If you determine that the spacers you described are a lift kit I would recommend you remove it so that your trailer could be towed level.
The second portion of your question sounded like you are looking for an adapter like X5 part # 16310. Or possible the # CAB-C5G as it was hard to determine which setup you would need.
