Question:

I have ST 175 80D 13 tires/wheels, but with baby moon hubcaps. I am looking for a wheel lock that will work without having to remove the hubcaps and it appears this one may work. The hubcaps stick out beyond the face of the wheel 1-1.5. According to your web site this wheel/tire combination has a total cross section thickness of 7. That combined with the hub caps would give about 8.5. It appears this lock will fit 9inch width. Sound like it will work?

it would be a very tight fit but it is possible for The Wheel Club # WI490 to fit your 13 inch tires with the baby moons on them. A safer bet would ne the Rack'em lock, # RA-25. It doesn't cover any part of the center of the wheel so the baby moons would not be in the way. I have included links to video reviews of both locks for you.
