You should use the tire pressure that is recommended by the manufacturer of the camper. If they do not have a recommended tire pressure then I would recommend to use the maximum psi that is listed on the Kenda 5.30-12 Bias Trailer Tire, # AM30780, which is 80 psi.

Trailer tires are designed differently than passenger car tires and truck tires. Trailer tires are made to be able to carry a heavy load at all times, so you will want the maximum pressure in the tire.

On passenger and truck tires it is the opposite, you do not want the maximum tire pressure that is listed on the tire. A passenger and truck tire has to be designed for many other features than just load capacity, like higher speeds, longer wear and ride comfort, so on passenger cars and trucks you will want to use the tire pressure that the vehicle manufacturer recommends.
