Question:

i have a 1987 chevy truck and want to install electric fans.do you have kit that would be a direct fit.i would like it with a thermostatic switch.

Direct fit kits are not typically available when swapping from mechanical to electric fans. The best thing to do is measure the backside of your radiator and figure out how much space you have. The kit you were looking at has an overall dimension of 31-3/8 inches wide, 15-3/4 inches tall, and 3-1/4 inches deep.

Provided you have enough room for this assembly to fit, it should be able to be installed with no problem. Since you want a fan kit with that is controlled via a thermostatic switch I would also use part # D16769, which is the thermostat probe and switch.
