Sorry, but could you please tell me what the inside diameter is that this will fit?

The Fulton Grease Cap # F001602 will fit a trailer hub with an inner bore diameter of 3.255-inches. For reference I have linked our main page for all grease caps which can be sorted by clicking on the filters on the page for their outer diameters, which will match up to your hub's bore diameter. The hub bore may be a few thousandths of an inch smaller than the cap.
