Are U-Bolts Used to Install 5th Wheel Frame Brackets on a 2008 Ford F-250

Question:
The printed instructions for this kit show only ONE bolt attaching each bracket to the framerail. They do NOT show use of the u-bolts at all. The pertinent video shows the same thing. Is this correct? It seems not much of a connection to haul 15k.

I checked both the instructions and the video installation for bracket kit # RP50082. In both the u-bolts are shown in use. I have included pictures pointing this out for you.
