Is there a trailer hitch and some wiring that will fit my 2016 Honda HR-V, NOT a CR-V, different cars.

Yes, for your 2016 Honda HR-V you can use the Curt trailer hitch # C11416. Ball mount # 3593 is the correct ball mount if you intend to do any light duty towing. For a 1-7/8 inch ball use # 19256 and for a 2 inch ball use # 19258.

And for trailer wiring you can use # C56284 to add a 4-Way trailer connector.

If you want to use the hitch for an accessory such as a bike rack or cargo carrier then you have to make sure the accessory is rated for use with a Class I trailer hitch. Also, with a bike rack, you are limited to 2 bikes maximum on a Class I hitch.

If you need to carry more than 2 bikes or need a 300 pound tongue weight instead of a 200-pound capacity, you could instead install the EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - 2" # 306-X7322 which is also a confirmed fit for your HR-V.
