What Size Hex Bolts are Used to Install a Curt Trailer Hitch on a 2015 Chevy Equinox

What size are bolts that are used to fasten the hitch to the outside of the frame rail by the muffler that fit into the factory nuts that are welded to the inside of the frame rail mine are lost

There shouldn't be any factory bolts on the vehicle when installing Curt trailer hitch # 13591. The hitch comes with the six M12-1.75 x 40mm bolts needed for installation (some installations only require 4 of the hex bolts). I have included a link to the installation instructions for you and a video showing an example installation.
