Question:
Can we order this so spring mounting is reversed. I dont care about trailer loader height as much as bottom clearance height, as I am building an OFF-ROAD trailer, and need maximum height between bottom of trailer and ground. Thanks

If ground clearance is your primary concern I have a great solution for you. Instead of a standard axle like the part # T3584F-EZ-8974 that you referenced you would want a Timbren Axle-Less system like the part # ASR35HDS02.
This setup has the same capacity as the axle you referenced, does not have an axle that runs under the trailer, has a 4 inch lift built into it, and has wider clearances for larger off-road tires.
For a hub for this setup you would want the part # 42655UC1.
