Hooked up loss resisted according to diagram on packing . When I turn on headlights the brake lights come on and turn signals hyper flash. When off brake and signal lights work normal

It sounds like either you have the load resistor # DI34ZR connected to the wrong circuit, not connected quite right, or the vehicle uses a pulse width modulation type of wiring that could affect performance.
I have included a picture that shows the 2 ways a load resistor should be installed.
If you can tell me the year, make, and model of the vehicle you are using the load resistors on I can determine if there is something about that vehicle that would prohibit the use of load resistors.
