Should Yakima Rack & Roll Trailer Inner Tubes be Replaced When Tires are Replaced

Question:
After three years of mileage on my Yakima Rack And Roll trailer, the tires are worn and in need of replacement. At risk of sounding embarrassingly naive, it recommended to replace the inner tube at the same time or is it permissible to use the previous inner tube with the new tire?

Since the trailer has seen 3 years of use I recommend replacing the inner tubes as well as the tires.
You do not have to do this but since the tube also has the miles on it you're giving yourself a little insurance by getting everything new at the same time. Otherwise it is potentially possible that the tube could fail before the new tire has worn out. The inner tube is part # Y8880283. This way you also will have a spare inner tube.
If you can see any small cracks in the tube or worn spots from friction then you definitely want to swap them out too.
