The CIPA Universal Fit Towing Mirror # CM11980 requires there to be a gap between your mirror and mirror housing. This mirror has a bracket that slides between the mirror and the housing and then is clamped to the housing from the top.
We have not test fit this mirror on a 2015 Cherokee. Since CIPA says this mirror is a universal fit, they do not release specific vehicle fit information.
I recommend the CIPA Clip-On Towing Mirror # 7070. This mirror attaches to your current side mirror on both the top and bottom. Again, this mirror requires there to be space between your mirror and mirror housing. Additionally, this mirror attached around the back of your vehicle's mirror, rather than simply clamping down to side. This mirror will offer you more attachment points than the # CM11980.
