Yes you can use pintle hitch # C48200 with Curt pintle mount # C48343. The standard hole measurements for this type of set up are 1-3/4 inches from the center of one hole to the center of the next hole vertically. And side to side the holes are 3-3/8 inches apart on center. So these two parts will match up. You can use hardware # C48330.
