Question: Is there a product similar to C18145, that I could use on my 1 1/4 hitch? I have a 2010 Nissan Altima. Going on vacation...looking for some ideas! Thanks,

Actually the Curt Cargo Carrier part # C18145 that you referenced can fit 1-1/4 inch hitches like what you have so it would work well for you. It can fit both Class I and Class II hitches so it should work well.
