I checked the dimensions of all of the strap hinges we offer; all can be seen on the linked page. One of these, Redline part # 2512, did not have the mounting hole spacing noted on the product page so I pulled one from stock so that I could get that information for you. The hole spacing is noted on the linked photo that I have prepared for you. None of these hinges has the exact spacing you're looking for, I'm afraid.
If you do end up using an alternate part and have to drill a new hole or two you can seal up the extra holes with a product like Loctite # LT37467 (black) or # LT37464 (grey).
